Each stage in the growth and development of rice plants contributes significantly to the formation of final yield. Of which, 70% of yield will depend on the number of flowers per unit area, and this factor is largely determined by the number of effective buds (buds that produce flowers).

In Rach Gia, Kien Giang province, Mr. Khanh has set aside two large plots of land to apply the product on one plot of land, and the other plot of land for comparison. Both plots of land have the same area, cultivation regime, nutrition and rice varieties, the only difference is in soaking the seeds and spraying Nema2 on the trial plot of land.
Rice seeds were soaked in Nema2 solution at a ratio of 1%. After incubating rice seeds with Nema2, it can be observed that the germinated seeds are longer and straighter than untreated ones.
For soil, Nema2 is sprayed at the time of land preparation, about 3-5 days before sowing rice. The amount of Nema2 sprayed on the planting area is 1kg/ha of Nema2 for the first crop.
Observing rice plants 15 days after sowing, rice plants in the area using Nema2 were 12% taller than normal rice plants, and the amount of fertilizer was also significantly reduced, saving over 50% of NPK fertilizer costs.
Rice plants at about 28 days of age had a 16% higher tillering rate than those that did not use Nema2. Many small roots were observed, and no signs of organic poisoning were observed on the roots. After 49 days of age, rice plants using Nema2 had more panicles (heads) and were thicker than those that did not use Nema2.
Harvest results, rice yield using Nema2 increased by more than 20% compared to rice yield on areas not using Nema2.
With the desire to find and apply organic products to organic rice cultivation, after the first crop of research, Mr. Khanh said that he had grasped the effectiveness and usage of the product, he transferred the information he had made himself to JVSF and placed an order for his entire field in the next crop. He also contacted people in the area to share and introduce this new method in the hope that his hometown will develop more sustainably with rice.
