NEMA1 solution will be sprayed evenly onto the surface of the manure before the manure is collected onto the screw conveyor by a 180-degree spray nozzle system.
Duck manure after being sprayed with NEMA1, continues to be mixed at the screw conveyor and moved to the manure pressing area. The pressed manure containing NEMA1 will be deodorized, when composted, it will shorten the composting process, this type of manure after composting is very good for plants.
The wastewater after pressing contains NEMA2, so the odor is treated and contributes to the rapid decomposition of organic matter in the wastewater, this liquid manure is a good source of nutrients in agriculture.
Actual dosage applied: 1kg of Nema1 can treat 30 tons of manure.
Review from the duck farm owner – Mr. Tai: After using Nema1 for the duck farm, the bad smell has been reduced by about 80-90%, and there are almost no flies or mosquitoes.
