To prepare for the Summer-Autumn crop, JVSF engineers conducted a survey and measured the soil quality and water source of the land to come up with a plan and appropriate dosage of Nema2. The results showed that the soil pH ranged from 5.6 – 6.2, the water system used to irrigate the fields was taken from available canal water, the water pH ranged from 6.78 – 6.8, it can be seen that the soil and water quality here is quite good. This is a very favorable condition for selecting plots of land to apply Nema2 and compare.

Unlike conventional farming, Nema2 will be added at the initial stage of land preparation and rice seed soaking. Using available mechanical tools to ensure Nema2 is evenly sprayed into the soil and plowed 3-5 days before sowing. Seeds are also soaked and incubated with Nema2 according to the usual process and sown by Drone over the entire field.
Monitoring and evaluation will be conducted according to each important stage of rice development, random sampling will be performed at many different points in the rice field to ensure objectivity and accuracy.

55 days after sowing, this is the time when the plant reaches its maximum panicle formation, at this stage the growth index of the root system and the height of the rice stem need the most attention, the results show that the length and volume of the root system with Nema2 have a difference that is easily visible to the naked eye. The root system when dried and measured in weight shows this difference more clearly.

In the next stage when the rice flowers were ripe, 2 days before harvest, JVSF engineers collected samples for analysis to compare the yield, grain firmness as well as the mass of solid grains to know the actual yield that the rice brought.

The results showed that the mass of fresh grains using Nema2 increased by 20% – 30%, the mass of grains after drying in the sun for 1 day, the proportion of firmer grains and fewer broken grains, the mass increased by 9% – 28% compared to normal rice.
The mass after drying brought back the same moisture content of 14%, weighing all solid grains and the mass of 1000 solid grains. The samples of the plot with Nema2 gave 30% more solid grain mass, the plumpness of the grains increased by about 6%. The comparison charts below will show the above difference more clearly.

With the above results objectively performed by Hoa Nắng Farm, Nema2 once again shows its ability to help plants develop right from the early stages of the growth period, helping the root system to develop outstandingly, improving the ability to absorb nutrients from the soil, the tree trunk is more sturdy along with the deep root system helping the plant to withstand adverse weather.
Along with that, rice applied with Nema2 has the ability to synthesize high starch, the rate of empty grains is significantly reduced, thereby increasing actual yield, economic efficiency is also superior to the cost incurred.
Hoa Nắng Farm has proposed to apply Nema2 on larger rice growing areas, in the future it is possible to expand the application of Carbon Organic technology to other crops.
In addition to Hoa Nắng Farm, other experiments were also conducted such as in Can Tho, Kien Giang, Quang Tri… all gave positive results when using Nema2, as follows:
Experiments The study “Evaluation of soil improvement ability and impact on growth, development and yield of NEMA2 on rice” conducted by the Mekong Delta Rice Research Institute in the recent Summer-Autumn crop in Can Tho confirmed that Nema2 plays an important role, helping to:
- Better root length, especially at low sowing density
- Higher chlorophyll index (SPAD), especially at low sowing density
- Helps plants to be stable, less likely to fall over, especially at low sowing density combined with Nema2, plants almost do not fall over.
- Increase yield, especially at low sowing density combined with Nema2 for the highest yield
- Cultivation according to conventional farmer’s process (reducing fertilizer) combined with Nema2 increases yield compared to conventional farmer’s cultivation.
In another experiment in Rach Gia – Kien Giang, Mr. Khanh has set aside 2 large areas of land to test the application of Nema2 with the desire to use organic products to grow organic rice. The results showed that the root system developed exceptionally well, the rice stalks were sturdy, had many branches, and the rice produced more flowers than the control rice area. From there, the rice yield increased by more than 20%.

Or the organic rice growing model of Quang Tri Trading Corporation – SEPON GROUP in Quang Tri in the last Summer-Autumn crop also responded very positively about the use of Nema2 during the application process.
