Introduction to the industrial chicken farm in Long An
The 8,000-chicken farm in Long An operates according to a closed industrial farming model. The farm structure consists of 2 shelves, each shelf is divided into 3 floors, equipped with a modern automatic manure collection conveyor system. However, during operation, the farm encountered a problem with a strong odor from chicken manure, which could affect the farming environment in the farm and surrounding areas.
Objective of environmental treatment at the chicken farm
JVSF received the request and conducted a field survey at the farm. Main objectives:
Treat bad odors caused by manure and waste generated during the farming process.
Speed up the composting process of chicken manure to produce high-quality organic fertilizer.
Improve the air environment inside the livestock area.
Environmental treatment solution using automatic NEMA spray system
After the survey, JVSF proposed and installed an automatic NEMA solution spray nozzle system on the manure collection conveyor. This solution is highly practical and easy to operate, effectively controlling the odor from chicken manure.
How it works:
The NEMA solution is sprayed evenly onto the surface of the manure as it falls onto the conveyor belt.
Some of the solution remains on the conveyor belt, helping to Continuous deodorization in the poultry house area.
The collected manure will continue to compost faster thanks to the biological components in NEMA.
